For over 20 years, Wyoming leatherworker Mark Barcus has created chaps, saddles, and other leather goods. An accomplished instructor and presenter, he got his start at 4-H and with the help of his father. Mark’s extensive experience in ranching and leatherworking has led to countless recognitions for his fine craftsmanship. In this two-day workshop, students first see the procedure for cutting out and casing a belt, then learn how to basket stamp their own belt. Using high-quality leather, students fashion a belt that will last a lifetime. For beginner experience levels.
